I have shown thousands of homes and know that there are key differences in building quality, both seen and unseen. When I show one of Tim’s homes, I point out all those differences that are standard in his builds. We hired Tim Halbrook to build a three-bedroom home in Howard because we knew he had been building homes in the area for a long time and we liked the way the homes looked on the lots. We started with one of his standard models and requested a large number of modifications including special interior trim, increased size of kitchen island, and finishing of the garage and basement. Tim also designed a beautiful deck with an adjacent patio area. Everything was done to perfection within the quoted prices and in the agreed upon time. We were impressed that if we mentioned something once, it got done. Tim did everything he promised and more!

Tim recently completed our cottage in Door County, our third build with him. His expertise in custom home design and situating the home on the site is impressive. His ability to oversee the crews, timeline, and budget ensured a seamless process, resulting in a beautifully completed project each time. We wouldn’t think of building with anyone else!
